These Terms and Conditions of Sale are entered into between, on the one hand, MY VINTAGE TOUR COMPANY, a company with a share capital of €1,000, whose registered office is located at 48 rue Jean Jacques Rousseau – 51 200 EPERNAY. The company is registered with the Reims Trade and Companies Register under number: 834 097 461, hereinafter referred to as “MY VINTAGE TOUR COMPANY,” which operates the website www.myvintagetourcompany.com, and, on the other hand, any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website: www.myvintagetourcompany.com, hereinafter referred to as “the customer.”
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between MY VINTAGE TOUR COMPANY and the customer, as well as the terms applicable to any vehicle rental made through the website www.myvintagetourcompany.com. The purchase of a product through this website implies the customer’s unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale, which the customer acknowledges having read prior to placing an order. Prior to any transaction, the customer declares, on the one hand, that the rental of a vehicle with or without a driver on the website www.myvintagetourcompany.com is limited to strictly personal use and, on the other hand, that they have full legal capacity, enabling them to enter into a binding agreement under these general terms and conditions of sale.
MY VINTAGE TOUR COMPANY reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time in order to comply with new regulations or to improve the user experience on its website. Consequently, the applicable terms and conditions will be those in effect on the date the buyer places the order.

Each service is presented on the website in the form of a description containing its key details: tour description, date, departure point and number of places.
A minimum of 2 people is required for the tour to run.
For regular tours:
For tours including lunch, a picnic or dinner, we use suppliers who strictly adhere to health and safety guidelines. If you have any food intolerances, please inform us at the time of booking.
Participants must be aged 18 or over to consume alcohol at the estates.
And we would like to remind you that alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health. Please drink in moderation.
The prices shown on the product pages of the online shop are in euros (€) and include all taxes (TTC), taking into account the VAT rate applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. MY VINTAGE TOUR COMPANY reserves the right to change its prices at any time, on the understanding, however, that the price shown in the shop on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the customer.
If you are ultimately unable to attend the tour you have booked and paid for, please contact us as soon as possible.
In the event of cancellation and/or modification of the original booking, the following fees will be deducted from the refund:
For small-group tours:
For private tours and all-inclusive packages:
No refund will be made if participants do not turn up at the departure point for the booked tour.
For any other cancellation due to circumstances beyond your control, each refund request will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the Website, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.
Any unauthorised use of the Website or any of the elements it contains will be considered an infringement.

MY VINTAGE TOUR COMPANY offers its customers the option to order and pay for its services via the REGIONDO platform, which is integrated into its website.
The customer selects the services they wish to order and adds them to the ‘basket’, makes any necessary changes (quantity, product codes, etc.) and checks their details.
The next step invites them to check all the details, read and accept these terms and conditions by ticking the relevant box, and then confirms their order by clicking the “Confirm my order” button.
Finally, the customer is redirected to the secure REGIONDO interface, which uses STRIPE, to safely enter their personal credit card details. If the payment is accepted, the order is registered and the contract is definitively formed.
In the event of fraudulent use of the card, the customer may request that the card payment be cancelled, in which case the amounts paid will be credited back or refunded.
The cardholder shall not be held liable if it is proven that the disputed payment was made fraudulently, remotely, without the physical use of their card.
To obtain a refund of the fraudulent debit and any bank charges that the transaction may have incurred, the cardholder must dispute the debit in writing with their bank within 70 days of the transaction, or within 120 days if their contract with the bank so provides.
The amounts debited are refunded by the bank within a maximum of one month of receiving the cardholder’s written dispute.
No refund charges may be passed on to the customer.
Confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, confirmation that the customer is fully aware of them, and a waiver of the right to invoke their own terms and conditions of purchase.
All the data provided and the recorded confirmation shall constitute proof of the transaction.
If the customer has an email address and has provided it on their order form, MY VINTAGE TOUR COMPANY will send them confirmation of their order via email.
