What time should I return the bike?

The bike must be returned before 6:00 PM, unless a prior arrangement has been made with our team.

To ensure we can welcome you in the best possible conditions, please contact us approximately 30 minutes before your return. This allows us to make sure that a member of our team will be present at the return point to receive your bike.

Can I extend my rental?

Yes, subject to availability. You can extend your rental by half a day or a full day, but extensions for 2 additional days are not possible. Please contact us before the end of your rental period so we can confirm whether this is possible.

Do I need to clean the bike before returning it?

Normal use does not require any special cleaning. However, if the bike is particularly dirty (mud, sand, etc.), a light rinse would be appreciated.

What happens if I return the bike late?

If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Depending on the delay and our availability, additional charges may apply.
